Essentially an interior design commission, this project entailed the reconfiguration of a house purchased “off–plan” from a developer. As construction had not been initiated, a series of critical changes were implemented, which created clean open spaces and seamless connections to the outside. Key elements, such as the fireplace and terrazzo kitchen counter-dining room table, were then introduced as accents features. The minimalist approach to finishes was offset with the introduction of warm timber elements and carefully selected furnishings.
