This fast track project involved the "rescue" of a small apartment building in Camps Bay where the original architects' intentions had been overlooked by the construction team. Externally the project required a series of remedial actions to reveal the building's inherent magic whilst the internal interventions could be described as de-constructive. Unnecessary walls were removed allowing the internal spaces to flow whilst a choice palette of high quality materials was employed with thoughtful interior design. The result is an uber-cool 21st century life-space.
