Constrained by a conservative set of estate guidelines this project concentrated on creating delight through detail. Working in close tandem with the owners, Eastern influences were merged with the owners own Latin cultural origins, all in a uniquely Cape setting. The result is a comfortable home that delights all who visit it with its spatial richness, easy flowing nature, intimate proportions and sparkling details.
